Barrios, Youth, And Empowerment

Beatriz Pizano has teamed up with the Foreign Affairs and International Trade Commission of Canada to do a project here in the barrio/campos of northern Medellin with the Aluna Theatre. Their project is about teaching art, theatre, and photography to the youth of displaced populations and those most affected by para-military groups. The work is noble, intense, and inspiring.
