On this week’s show we also interviewed Colombian-American artist Edwin Gil who is working on a giant Colombian flag made of handprints of Colombians around the world. The project entitled “Nuestra Bandera” (Our Flag) is a way to re-connect Colombians with their country after moving abroad during the violent 1980s and 90s.
